Mud Spa for Noah the Orphan Kune Kune
Dream Catcher Meadows is a nonprofit inclusive green care farm animal sanctuary in Potomac, MD. We rescue and care for orphaned, unwanted, rejected, injured and birth-defected farm animals. We also provide inclusive volunteer experiences for adolescents & young adults, agriculture education programs, and "mindfulness on the farm" day retreat-style tours for civic groups and other community businesses and agencies. Our programs promote neurodiversity awareness & inclusion, biodynamic horticulture, "one health," and animal welfare.
We welcome volunteers who share our commitment to neurodiversity inclusion, animal welfare, sustainability, farming for health, and one health - the philosophy that human health and environmental health are inextricably linked. Our volunteers help with animal care, small building projects, light-duty maintenance, farm chores, and educational programs. Join our "tribe" to connect closer to the Earth through farm animals, agriculture, and nature-immersion!
Our farm is operated by 7th Generation Foundation, Inc. - a 501c3 nonstock, nonprofit agency founded in June 2014. Your generous donation helps us provide veterinary care, safe living conditions, and a loving environment for our animals. Donations also help expand our educational programs for neurodiverse and neurotypical children from local schools to learn how they can contribute to a better planet, practice mindfulness, engage in positive hands-on activities, and build a sense of community and purpose. Your support makes a difference in the lives of the animals in our care and the children we work with.
Thank you for your generosity!
